The Joanne Hamilton and Son Bill Scholarship is now a
combination of The William J. "Billy" Hamilton
Memorial Scholarship which was established by Bill
Stultz, in memory of his grandson Billy Hamilton who
died of leukemia in 1971 at the age of fourteen and a
recognition of Joanne Hamilton's service to the Ohio
County Community Foundation. Billy was the son of
Bill Stultz's daughter Joanne Hamilton and her late
husband Neil . Joanne resides in Rising Sun and served
on the Board of Directors of the Ohio County
Community Foundation for six years.
