The OCCF Traditional Scholarship was established in 2000
by the Board of Directors with unrestricted funds mainly
funded by the City of Rising Suna nd the Ohio County Council.

This scholarships is available to graduates of Rising Sun High
School under the age of 25 who are currently enrolled in a
2-year or 4-year college or university and have completed at
least thier freshman year in good standing in the most recent
semester prior to applying for this scholarship.
