The Phyllis A. Brown Memorial Scholarship was established in 2001
by the Rising Sun Regional Foundation in memory of Phyllis A. Brown
who was a Board Member at the time of her death.

Applicants must be graduating seniors from Rising Sun High School
and hold a Grade Point Average of 2.75 or higher on a 4.0 point
scale. (GPA must be based on six completed semesters.)
Applicant must be planning to enroll in a post-secondary
educational institution such as a technical school, a community
college, or a four-year college or university.
